Photos are delivered the next morning typically before noon unless informed differently. Videos can take a full 24 hours but we strive to deliver all contents at once. Rush options are available when you need same-day turnaround for a listing going live.
There are some simple steps you can follow that will make all the difference. Please see our Home Preparation Checklist for a list of detailed steps.
Most our listing shoots fall within a 25 mile radius (< 30 minutes) of our office so there is no fee for the first 25 miles/30 minutes. For listings that require additional drive time in excess of 30 minutes the following rates apply: * 30 to 40 minutes $30 * 41 to 50 minutes $40 * 51 to 60 minutes $50 * 61 to 70 minutes $75 For distances further than 70 miles / 70 minutes call for quote.
If you need to cancel a shoot within 2 hours of the scheduled time, a $50 fee will apply. We understand that things come up, so please let us know if there’s an issue, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Please have the home fully prepared before the scheduled shoot time. If the photographer arrives and they have to wait >10 minutes, the shoot may need to be rescheduled, and a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Punctuality is important to us, and we often will have another photoshoot lined up immediately after yours. To keep things on schedule, please make sure everything’s set so we can capture the best shots for you!
We strive for 100% satisfaction and will do everything possible to insure you are satisfied. Please understand colors and shadows can be impacted by time of shoot, sunlight, indoor lighting and many variables. Please view our work online as this will provide a good representation of what to expect.

We never ask you to pay until you have received the media. At that time you can pay at time of download or defer payment to when the home closes using TITUS* at checkout.

Gary Todd Thompson DBA 662 MEDIA ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Effective Date: August 21, 2026
1. Services
Gary Todd Thompson DBA 662 MEDIA provides professional real estate media services, including but not limited to:
Real Estate Photography
Drone Photography & Videography
Floor Plans
3D Tours
Listing Videos
Virtual Twilight Images
Virtual Staging
Property Marketing Media
Additional services may be offered as agreed upon in writing.
2. Scheduling & Property Readiness
The client/realtor/homeowner is responsible for ensuring the property is photo-ready before our arrival. Time spent waiting for cleaning, staging, or repairs may result in rescheduling fee of $50. If the delay is greater than 30 minutes the shoot may require rescheduling. Any travel fee would apply to the original and rescheduled appointments.
· Please have the property camera-ready prior to arrival. See Pre-Shoot Checklist.
· We ask that all sellers/contractors/realtors are NOT present during the shoot. This allows the photographer to move through the house quickly and efficiently. Gary Todd Thompson DBA 662 MEDIA is fully insured and treats every home as if it were their own.
3. Weather
Drone operations, exterior photography, and certain services are weather dependent. If weather conditions are unsafe or do not meet our quality standards, we may reschedule those portions of the appointment at no additional charge.
We avoid rescheduling if it is cloudy or chance of rain. With our blue-sky guarantee, we can make sure the exterior looks perfect under most circumstances.
4. Payment
Payment is due according to the invoice terms unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Late payments may be subject to collection costs and applicable late fees.
Media files may be withheld until payment is received.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
· Same day cancellations are subject to $50 cancellation fee.
· Cancellations at arrival are subject to 50% of the total with a minimum charge of $100 and maximum of $250.
If our photographer arrives and cannot complete the appointment due to property conditions or lack of access, a reschedule fee of $50 will apply, in addition to any travel charges that may apply.
6. Delivery
Typical delivery is next business day for standard photography unless otherwise stated. Media will be delivered through a secure portal that hosts the content. The client can log into the portal and view a dedicated dashboard with their historical data on listings with Gary Todd Thompson DBA 662 MEDIA.
Delivery times for videos, floor plans, 3D tours, or advanced editing may vary, but we strive for next day turnaround for all services (unless otherwise specified).
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Copyright & Licensing
Gary Todd Thompson DBA 662 MEDIA retains the copyright to all photographs, videos, floor plans, and other media produced.
Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the media solely for marketing and selling or leasing the specific property photographed.
Media may not be sold, transferred, altered for commercial resale, or used for another listing, builder marketing, or commercial advertising without prior written permission.
Ownership / Unlimited usage rights may be purchased for an additional fee along with the RAW files. Please request a custom quote.
Note: 3D Tours are hosted on servers and only available while the property is on the market. For an additional fee, the tour can remain active, pending the hosting provider’s agreement with Gary Todd Thompson DBA 662 MEDIA.
8. Drone Operations
All drone flights are conducted in accordance with FAA regulations. Flights may be modified or canceled due to weather, temporary flight restrictions, airspace limitations, safety concerns, or other regulatory requirements.
9. Property Access & Safety
The client is responsible for providing safe access to the property. We reserve the right to discontinue services if unsafe conditions, aggressive animals, hazardous materials, or other dangerous circumstances exist. We ask that all pets are kenneled during the shoot.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we exercise reasonable care in performing our services, our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.
Gary Todd Thompson DBA 662 MEDIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including delays caused by weather, equipment failure, internet outages, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Accuracy
Floor plans, measurements, property lines, and similar visual aids are intended for marketing purposes only and are approximate unless otherwise stated. They should not be relied upon for architectural, engineering, legal, surveying, or appraisal purposes.
12. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for obtaining any permissions necessary for access to the property and for ensuring that occupants are aware photography or video services are being performed. Client is responsible for contacting HOA, or property management, if permission is needed for photographing or videoing within certain neighborhoods.
13. Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise requested in writing before the appointment, Gary Todd Thompson DBA 662 MEDIA may use completed media for its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
15. Changes
Gary Todd Thompson DBA 662 MEDIA reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The version posted on www.662media.com shall govern future services.
16. SMS MESSAGING PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS
We will collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. The information will be collected via the website contact form, email, membership registration forms, event registration forms, purchase forms, customer support interactions, or third-party registration systems.
